Nelson Gonzelez is pleased to announce the sale of a $33 million property listed by his client, Mark Gainor, to famed musician, Phil Collins. The property is located on North Bay Road, one of the most prestigious streets in Miami Beach, the Beverly Hills of Miami Beach. The property was formerly owned by Jennifer Lopez and is 12,150 square feet, not including the 200 feet of waterfront, wine cellar, and summer kitchen. Lopez sold the home in 2005 for $13.9 million, and Mark Gainor and his spouse purchased the property and made considerable upgrades. The home was listed in 2010 for $40 million, and now has fetched slightly less, but the grounds and location were certainly the selling point in Mr. Colins acquisition.
