One of the Miami’s most riveting condo projects was announced earlier this month and it’s promising its buyers they’ll be able to “bring the beach to the city”, with the first man-made beach directly on the waters of Biscayne Bay.
Situated in the heart of the city’s urban and sophisticated core, the 399-unit, 51-story, High-Rise Luxury Condominium is being developed through a joint venture between Eastview Development and GTIS Partners. The Edgewater Neighborhood project is set to launch the first quarter of 2014 with hopes to be completed by 2016.
The Luxury Residences feature cinematic views of the bay in each residence, city skyline, spacious layouts and privacy. Layouts will range from one-to four-bedroom homes as well as exclusive penthouse with private rooftop garden terraces. All units will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and oversized balconies.
The ultra-luxe units are being designed by internationally-acclaimed celebrity designer, Thom Filicia, who has designed properties for various celebrities including Tina Fey, Peter Jennings, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.
The high-end amenities include tennis and basketball courts, park, library, theater and pool tables on the Resident’s Club Level. The Beach Club Level will include six private Residence Pools, Restaurant and Bar, Water Sports equipment from jet ski to paddle boards to kayaks among many other perks.
The rapidly evolving neighborhood is at the epicenter of numerous exciting recreational and lifestyle destinations, including the luxury shops of the Design District, The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Wynwood Arts District, and the shops and restaurants of Midtown.
