August 11, 2023

Miami is famous for its beaches, nightlife, and luxury lifestyle, attracting celebrities and wealthy people from all over the world. The city offers exceptional real estate options, including luxurious penthouses overlooking the ocean and waterfront mega-estates, some of these located on private islands. Among the most exceptional of all is Indian Creek Island, often called “Billionaire’s Bunker,” and is the residence of some of the wealthiest people in the world, including celebrities, sports stars, and business owners.

Indian Creek Island is a private, guard-gated village located in Miami-Dade County, characterized by the ultimate exclusivity, safety, and premium lifestyle. The island is surrounded by the aquamarine waters of Biscayne Bay and boasts the most sought-after real estate in the country. The island has only 35 estates, and the list of residents is exclusive, including billionaires, celebrities, and world-renowned DJs.

Jeff Bezos, the founder and CEO of Amazon, recently purchased on Indian Creek Island for a record $68 million, as reported by TheRealDeal, making it one of the most expensive residential properties in the United States.

Julio Iglesias, one of the most successful and popular Spanish singers owns a mega-property on the Indian Creek Island.

David Guetta, the French DJ, producer, and songwriter, also calls Indian Creek Island his home. The multi-millionaire DJ, known for his performances in the hottest club scenes and festivals worldwide, has an ultra-luxurious modern mansion built by South Florida’s most prominent developer, Todd M. Glaser. The house features stunning interiors, high ceilings, elevator, infinity pool, and a private dock for his yacht.

NFL superstar Tom Brady also resides on the island and his property includes a boat dock, koi ponds, an outdoor kitchen, and a gym.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, the former White House advisers, also have a home on Indian Creek Island. The couple’s estate includes a spacious gourmet kitchen, a private office, and a home gym, among other amenities.

Jeffrey Soffer, the real estate developer and CEO of Turnberry Associates, is another Indian Creek Island resident. Soffer’s property features a man-made beach, an indoor pool, and more.

Indian Creek Island in Miami is an exclusive and attractive destination for the richest and most famous people in the world. The island is a hidden gem that combines top-notch luxury living, privacy, and safety with the state-of-the-art golfing experience within a private environment. While the island is off-limits for tourists, owning a property there would be a dream come true for many. However, the exclusivity and rarity of the properties on the island make it one of the most sought-after addresses in the world.
