Curbed Miami has released a list of the 25 most expensive residential listings in South Florida. Listed at number one is the $110 million private island of Pumpkin Key expanding over 26 acres. Among the luxurious listings are Nelson’s Indian Creek Island listings one at 17 Indian and the other at 12 Indian. Both are listed for $35 million and have 80,000 square foot lots.
