The Steel tycoon owner, Leroy Schecter, reduced the listing price on the Indian Creek Estate last week from the initial $45 million to $37 million.
The distinct, seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 16,474-square-foot French Style Mansion is among Miami Beach’s priciest and safest neighborhoods. The manse has 200′ of prime waterfront and sits in the most exclusive part of Indian Creek Island, just past the Country Club. Indoors, there is a nine-seat theater, library and billiard room. The outdoor amenities are harmoniously fitted for entertaining throughout the year featuring an infinity pool and cabana with its own sitting area, double showers, steam room, sauna and summer kitchen. Residents past and present include Julio Iglesias and Jay-Z and Beyoncé, as well as various billionaires.
The price change was due to a re-evaluation of the property value and a price reduction was necessary to move the house.
