Nelson Gonzalez Ranked Top Producer for 2017 for Single-Family Homes in Miami Dade as recorded by the MLS for 2017.
It’s a great honor to be ranked as a TOP PRODUCER in Miami-Dade for yet another year and continue with my contribution in establishing Miami as a world-renowned destination for luxury real estate. Year 2017 brought us many foreseen and unforeseen challenges, but with a lot of hard work, a great Team, and a great company behind me we ended the year strong with sold over $133-Million worth of luxury real estate, including our $28-Million off-market sales volume.And although we truly enjoy making deals and taking part in the record-breaking sales, creating long-lasting and successful relationships with our clients and the realtors’ community is the most gratifying end-result.
Therefore, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank our clients for believing in us and giving us their repeated business and many referrals, and thank the real estate agents with whom we collaborated on some tremendous transactions, as well as those who voted me "Best Realtor" for year 2017.
