The sale is considered to be the priciest sale for a single-family home in Sunset Islands III and IV.

The sale proves that the luxury market in Miami Beach and South Florida is on the rise. The global market and domestic buyers are hunting and demanding luxury homes. Although inventory is shrinking, it proves to be a hot trend to be South Florida resident right now.
