The Real Deal reported the top five highest sales of 2015, with two of the five brokered by EWM Realty producer, Nelson Gonzalez. The third largest sale in Miami in 2015 was Nelson's exclusive listing, a sale at 5800 North Bay Road for $33 million.This waterfront estate was was totaly rebuilt and sits on 200 feet of waterfront on Biscayne Bay. It has seven bedrooms, eight baths, and three half baths within 12,153 square feet of interior space. This sale closed in the summer of 2015 and notably, the buyer was musician Phil Collins.

The fourth highest sale in 2015 was for $30 million and Nelson Gonzalez was fortunate to represent both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The sale was between two prominent clients in aviation and technology.
