The Nelson Gonzalez Team is searching for an experienced Licensed Executive Assistant with 5 or more years of administrative experience.

Job responsibilities include administrative work, filing, data entry, contracts, preparation of listing packets and managing appointments. Requirements include strong computer background, MLS system, and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Spanish speaker preferred and must work flexible hours including weekends. Priority will be given to applicants with marketing, communications and real estate background.
